Founder and CEO
Justin founded Cast Influence in 2017 after serving in senior marketing and leadership roles in-house for 18 years. He manages strategic operations for the agency, oversees brand positioning, and informs the engagement strategy to enhance our clients reputation and awareness.
He has led brand activation and strategic initiatives for Arcade1Up, PrizePicks, Live Planet VR, VideoCoin, MHO Networks, OnDeck, Cheetah Technologies, The Last Gameboard, and many more. Previously, he was on the board of the Colorado American Marketing Association, the marketing co-chair for the Society of Information Managers signature event, and created the Essential Executive Event in Washington DC. He holds a marketing degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Chief Communications Officer
Leah leads public and analyst relations, as well as media strategy at Cast Influence. She brings over 20 years of experience to Cast, having served in both in-house and agency roles for B2B and B2C brands. She has a wealth of expertise promoting startups, design-driven enterprises, SaaS platforms, thought leaders, and consumer tech from NYC to SXSW.
Leah has a long history as a startup storyteller. She started her PR career at Edelman promoting global brands such as iRobot, Adobe, and Pantone, before heading to The OutCast Agency to drive awareness for Jawbone, Mozilla, NVIDIA, and Yahoo! She then went in-house to lead corporate communications for Bandsintown, InVision, and The Better Ethics and Consumer Outcomes Network (BEACON), before breaking out on her own to lead the communications practice at Cast Influence. She holds a bachelors of science degree in PR from San José State University.
Senior PR Consultant
Jerry brings more than 25 years of experience as a communications professional and journalist. He aligned with Cast Influence following an eight-year stint at entertainment and gaming PR firm B/HI, where he was General Manager of its New York office and later, a Managing Partner before the acquisition by Dolphin subsidiary 42West.
At B/HI, Jerry worked with some of the world’s pre-eminent entertainment brands from Warner Bros./DC to Universal to HBO. He developed narrative platforms for AAA publishers such as Square Enix and Daybreak Games while also launching a stand-alone esports practice. He worked closely with Galaxy Interactive, securing major media coverage on its investments in interactive entertainment brands via its $325M Galaxy EOS VC Fund.
Previously, he was the Deputy Global Client Relationship Manager for Samsung at Edelman, where he also launched the agency’s Digital Media and Entertainment sub-practice in 2011-12.
